These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SeatHawk (the "Site"), operated by SeatHawk. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What the Site does

SeatHawk is an independent information tool that tracks and displays historical and current Virgin Atlantic reward (award) seat availability and points pricing across a range of routes. It is a research aid only — it does not sell flights, take bookings, or process payments.

SeatHawk is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Virgin Atlantic Airways or any airline. All airline names, trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Accuracy of information

Reward seat pricing and availability are highly dynamic and change frequently. The data shown may be delayed, incomplete or out of date, and may differ from live prices. You must always confirm current pricing and availability directly with the airline before making any booking decision. See our Disclaimer for more.

Acceptable use

• You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You must not scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Site, or attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to it.
• You must not use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws or the rights of others.

Intellectual property

The Site's design, layout, text and compiled data are owned by SeatHawk or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute substantial parts of the Site without our permission.

Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including airline booking pages. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeatHawk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its data — including missed availability, pricing differences, or booking outcomes.
